One thing you really need to understand before you dive in:
the AOD cable has got to be adjusted RIGHT.
With the turbo 350 for example, an inacurate adjustment will cause poor shifts. With the AOD ( or the 700R4 ) it WILL tear up..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
