I have a half a dozen of the 350's in the back. I had to go and out all of the dipsticks and remind myself what GM wanted to run back then. Dexron was is what they all say. I and everybody else here do not remember the last time we saw it on the shelf. I have personally felt the need to run Type "F" for it's friction modifiers so the clutch packs would be consistant upon shifting and bands would last a bit longer. Type "F" was a buggar to get for a while, Now I can find it everywhere here.

What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?
