Can anyone give me an idea of what this noise might be. First its a 700r4 rebuilt with a 2000 to 2200 torque converter rebuilt. What I'm hearing is a squeeking noise intermitantly, only after I has warmed up. Today it did not make a noise like a untill I got the rpms to 1200 in drive, once I let off the gas and the rpm dropped below 1200 the noise went away. If it is in park and I bring the rpms up the noise comes back. As I said this is not a consant noise, sometimes I will not hear it at all. When I get under the car to listen were its coming from it sound like it's coming from the torque converter. Has any of you seen or heard of this ?
