I'm sorry but I just skimmed through this post quickly so maybe this has already been addressed but if your autocad drawing is what you have built, You have built in quite a mechanical advantage in the suspension travel. What I'm trying to say is that because the shock is mounted to the center of the lower A arm you have doubled the travel of the shock. The spring will also need to be twice as strong as it would if you were running a solid axle.
