Kevin do what I did when I lived in Barstow. I got a PO box in Vegas so I could title my camaro there to keep the tinted windows, and it wouldn't pass the Cali safety inspection. That is if you can't get around it the other way. Then once its titled there you should be able to transfer it over to cali as you will have a title.1949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.
