I'm new to this whole custom car scene so please bare with me. I'm currently in the process of buying a cadillac so that I could fix it up. I finally found one online that I like but I have a few questions about it.

1) Can anyone tell me what model this 1960 Cadillac is(62 series??)?
2) From the pictures below what custom work has been done to this car?
3) How much would all the custom work run me?
4) How much should I pay expect to pay for 1960 Caddy fixer-upper?
