From what I see it's been lowered and shaved and possibly channeled ( brings body over frame ). Shaving the doorhandles could be done with bondo and a stick welder by tacking a peice of metal on the inside and then leval it on the outside with bondo to match the rest of the contour and the door entry kit ( popper kit ) is easy to install cause of the instructions and that kit costs $125 I belive. Using the bondo method is more of a beginner job but professionally done or correctly is cut out a big hole so that the little door handles holes are gone, cut, fit and shape a peice of metal to fit in the hole and tig or mig weld it in.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
