Thanks Guys, I don't think the piston is bottoming out, but I'll check that as well as walls of the pump chamber.

I'd Love to find an all metal pump nobody around here still carries them, just the plastic jobs, possibly because of the
10o/o ethanol gas.

If you come up with any other ideas please post as I'm going through a lot of pumps!
