Sorry to hijack your thread. Let me ask you about your radiator overflow issue. You certainly have enough radiator surface area there, what kind of fan and shroud are you running? Thermostat? Cap pressure? Reason I ask is with that big of a radiator (if everything else is right) it should cool great.

50/50 Green/Distilled and a bottle of Water Wetter

I ONLY have a problem on extremely hot and humid days (miserable 100*+ Florida heat)
