quote from you....quote from me.....walker did say the the hi-flow water pump are junk!!!have you checked to see if both sides are cooling evenly? Do what I did, I put a stock one on for the heck of it and it fixed it!!!!!I was running a high flow Edelbrock and one head ran around 40 degrees hotter than the other. I put a stock pump back on and it cools much better.....both heads run the same temp again.

I didn't say they were all junk.....walker didwell i have a stewert pump on mine i would say not all are junk
It's like I told a guy at Edelbrock today, I never would have thought it was the pump. I've heard nothing but good reports on the Edelbrock pumps. But, just because it's a high flow pump doesn't mean it works properly. I've got a defective one I guess. Edelbrock wants it sent in so they can check it out. If it's a loose plug floating around....it didn't cause a problem until I installed the Edelbrock pump and mysteriously dissapeared when I put the old one back on
. Not trying to hijack this post...sorry
