Couple questions first.... Is the rear end possibly overfilled, and does it have a good vent system???? The only time I've had a leakage issue with the O-Rings is when the rear end is a bit too full, or the seal was damaged during installation.... A light coating of wheel bearing grease on the outside of the bearing and O-Ring during installation is usually sufficient.
