Thanks! They came from some place in the UK called B&B seats. Never heard of them, just looked for red bucket seats on EBay and found these.

First trip down the road today!!!! Plenty of little bugs to work out but pretty satisfied; it ran good, all the gears work, and it stops. Upholstery wise all I have left is to cover the backseat and make some sill plates and a few trim pieces.
That's great.
How about some outside shots?
.
Grand day indeed!!
Absolutely brilliant. You may wear that smile for several days as you deserve it. I have a friend that has a Plymouth of that same shape, would you mind if I up lifted some photo's of your car as I'm sure he will be impressed and just may motivate him a little ?
Success! And just in time for the cruising season. It looks great to.
Just went back thru your build again, that's a lot of metal work! Congrats on hanging in there, and finishing.
What great quality work, look's amazing! I have a soft spot for the early Mopars, had a 48 Ply Coupe in high school,
sure wasn't as nice as yours though!

Thanks! Sure feel free to use any picture you want.
That's gotta be and awesome feeling, congrats. Ready for another or is one enough? I was also going through your posts, it looks like you changed your mind on the colors
" Were thinking a 05' Mustang Redfire exterior, tan interior "
Been a long journey and the car looks great!!!!
.
That car looks bloody gorgeous and is a credit to you after all the blood sweat and tears you've gone through!
Congratulations; top marks that man!
Now drive the wheels off it, you deserve to do so!
from one Plymouth guy to another..............great job!!1
Looks great, you have reason to be proud.
Jack.
Excellent Work. Interior looks gorgeous. You could do that for a living, the quality is excellent, I also really like your console and the new bumper Great Job!
Congrats on being able to drive it! It looks awesome! That red interior really looks great too. Very nice work!
Thanks all, it's nice to know I won't be looking at it for another show season wishing it was ready to drive.
Yeah, as soon as I finish the last few interior items we're going to give it a good scrubbing and take a run by his house. Probably a few weeks or so. I'll post pictures and see if he might have an old picture of it somewhere. He owned it for almost 50 years, he should have something.
That should be really fun !
I am 19 and i am in i real love with my mitsubishi pajero 1987. I am thinking already about making a life project, and am thinking with part should i begin with. So after a lot of thinking i decided fisrt to chose which engine i like, and i fall in love with a small block chevy 355 cid supercharged-550BHP. What improvments should i do to my car so this engine fits and i can use it until i die or it breaks down, whichever come first

Welcome to the site, while we're glad to see you here..... but you shouldn't try to create a thread in someone else's build thread. You can start your own by going to the top left marked "Forum" then select the appropriate forum to work in and create a new thread in it ... easy peazy.... LOL.
Just about done; finished up the interior, made some sill plates to re[lace the factory style wide rubber plates. Now just wrapping up a few details but I'm about ready to start giving it some road time. The curved back seat was really tough to cover; I did it twice and I still came out with a big wrinkle at the curve but it's the best I could get it. Maybe I'll revisit later; I hit that frustration point where I said "good enough for now, I just want it on the road."
Very nice. Love the color.
Very Nice! And good to know you are starting to enjoy the driving/showing it off part.
.
Wow it just's keeps getting nicer!
That back seat looks really nice! I'm sure the wrinkle bothers you but that still is way nicer than most DIYer interior jobs I've been seeing!
And still nicer than some so called professional upholstery jobs too. Try the steam trick on the seat while it is out or have you be there, done that already. The car is amazing and congratulations on a fine job.
Thanks, all! I'm hopefully heading out to the first local show this weekend. Brand new Holley fuel pump died; have to replace it tonight.
Good to hear about the show, stinks to hear about the bad pump already.
Good luck at the show! Aggravating as new parts being defective are at least it didn't die on the way to the show.
.
Yes, no good on the fuel pump, been there, done that and on my way to a run. I too hope your car goes down a treat as you deserve the acknowledgement of a job well done.
Junk new parts? Weird. Have fun at the show, I'm sure it will draw a lot of attention. I hope I can make our local show, that's at the end of July.
Yeah, I say it's "new" but it was new a few years ago; just has very little runtime on it. The pump motor locked up for some reason.
Rotory impellers have those problems with any kind of sediment, etc in them------
You'd think with a new fuel cell and all new lines that wouldn't be an issue but who knows what grit might have been in the gas. I put a filter in front of the pump this time.
Got the car cleaned up and been cruising around for the last few days; a few little bugs to work out but really happy with it. I took it over to the original owner's house and took him for a ride; he was really happy to see it going again. That's him in the last picture. Last time he drove it was around 1980 and it was parked after that.
It must've been a special moment to have him climb aboard.
The car came out great.
Wow, that had to be a fun day.
The car looks absolutely magnificent, and is a real credit to the fella that built it...you.
Well done, top marks; it's beautiful.
Thanks; it has been one long, adventurous journey on this one. Probably my last full blown frame off project, at least for a long time. It'll be nice to actually enjoy driving it instead of spending every spare moment trying to get it finished up. I am so ready to be working on something else!
