Thanks Pat, you 'snuck' in your post while I was replying! Yes, my radiator/grill shell was already moved forward 1 3/4" at the bottom in order for the Billet Specialties front alt, water pump, a/c bracket to fit {sore subject as I didn't realize this was done UNTIL I tried to fit the hood sides on! Now I see WHY the builder didn't 'have time' to put my hood sides on! PLUS I didn't like paying $1900 dollars for a bunch of aluminum when $50 dollars worth of steel would have gotten the job done! Whew, thanks for listening, vent! vent!

My headlight mounts are also my shock mounts so they aren't in the way. And if necessary I can even move my radiator/grill up a little more. What I'm trying to NOT have to do is move my firewall back. I can do {at least I have the ableity to do, motivation is the only thing that will hold me back} the project myself w/o moving the firewall back. If I have to do this I will be in over my head. Not saying I can't do it, just that it will be something that I know nothing about! Thanks again Pat, Bill
