    It sort of has me puzzled.........the axle ends and housing do look like Ford stuff, but the pumpkin seems too long. Maybe there are some 8 inch Ford rears that I am not familiar with, but it looks more Moparish to me, like a 8 3/4 or whatever they call that rear end. Like I said, I could be wrong. What does the imprinting on the housing say, and is there a metal tag on any of the pumpkin studs?


    BTW, something I think I should mention, the bends in the ends of your springs wipe out the ability of the spring to slide. That is an old hot rod trick to lower the car, but not an advisable one. Just thought I should say something to you.
