    Then just use the other breather for a fill.......
    ""No no holes drilled"" ,they make a fitting to use the oil fill on one side as the pvc also ,just cant find the link........,but what Bob posted will work fine ,just use the best one for oil fill and the obstructed one for the grommet and pvc.
    One will be pass front /the other ,drivers rear.
    I just looked at the pic you posted ,there would be no problem drilling on that flat area ,since its already there either............if it made install and routing look better and was simpler to use.....you definatly have options with those covers.
