Hoosier and G'year slicks have the letters painted on. Road tires have it all the way to the carcass - remember that the little old ladies have to park by feeling the curb thru the steering wheel and it for sure wouldn't do for the white to rub off

Black sharpie permanent marker works well and has lots of recoats in it!!!!!
Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)
