Unfortunately, you can't remove OWL's from tires. If you were to cut the tire apart, you would find a whitewall hidden there behind the black sidewall rubber. Get a can of the old pre Armor-All tire black and paint 'em out is about all I can think of - or, like most that I see, mount 'em and forget about it. I had a problem when I bought my rear tires as well but finally found some Dunlops in 17" that weren't truck rated.

Actually, match them on the front - they, IMO, really don't look bad like that
