Are we diag-no(guessing)sing without pulling codes? OK.
In order of highest Odds:
1. Clogged Cat Converter
2. Low fuel Delivery due to Injector, Pump or Filter
3. Improper Ignition Timing
4. Transmission not downshifting
5. Bad Computer Prom
6. TPS and/or O2 Sensor
