If it stumbles off idle, and stumbles when you punch it at driving speed, I would say that your fuel filter is clogged or you are missing the TBI equivalent of an accelerator pump shot. I dont know what the equivalent is or if TBI even has something to perform that function...but that's what it sounds like.
Have you checked the plugs to see if they look okay?
