Well, it would be a lot easier with a Ford 302 or a 289 or 260 as the 289/260 engines came stock in some Falcon model's like Sprints, and the 302 is almost the same engine, you could get a kit to put those engines in and they'd fit right in, the 350 i'd be all custom and you might end up having to do work to the shock towers to make a 350 fit, as it is a little wider than the ford engines but it is possible, you would possibly have to widen the shock towers then make custom motor mounts and a custom trans mount and then you could put it in, you'd need to convert to 5 lug and put a 9" ford rear end behind it as the 8" wouldn't take much to snap and being it probably has 2.75 gears, isn't good NE way.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
