Very good point, it's only in fresh water though. I've been running an aluminum
intake on my 460 jet since 1977. It has upgraded a bit since the early days though.

I would like to put on an aluminum intake. I have peanut port heads as far as I know. What intake would be benificial to the rpm range of 0-5000?
Could I put on the oval shape intake ports...
Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
