Ive found that wd 40 makes a great adhesive...
Ive found that wd 40 makes a great adhesive remover and its cheap and ive never seen it hurt paint thats dried.

Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
