I didn't say they were all junk.....walker did:) It's like I told a guy at Edelbrock today, I never would have thought it was the pump. I've heard nothing but good reports on the Edelbrock pumps....

I've had my '35 15 years and it's been hot a few...
I've had my '35 15 years and it's been hot a few times. I've found you need the ignition timing as high as possible a higway speeds....run the vacuum advance as high as possible without detonation....
We did end up finding part of the problem, we did not put O-rings on the distributor shaft which was sending oil up the shaft instead of sending it to the lifters, adding O-rings quieted it down but...
New guy from Utah.
