New cow stapled on the old pan. I re used the side panels with the fringe, they were actually leather. Try stitching 1/8"... -

Sorry, didn't grab a pic of the split. But here's the cover, removed from the pan...
Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
