This thing is beyond ambitious. What a fantastic undertaking and it sound to me like you not only willing to mix-an-match but want this to be a quality and safely constructed hot rod. I laud your use of a 305 as it will have plenty of power for your project. Frame looks good as well.

Thanks for joining in - while we too have a bunch of 65+ members, we're easy to get along with and appreciate beauty in a lot of forms. You'll do just fine here. Keep the pictures coming.
