 got er painted. was hoping for it to be more satin but it's ok. been repairing the interior panels. vinyl has come unglued from panels. couple more to do. also been cutting and fitting the windshield SS trim. just need to find some that can weld it up for me. it's getting there

 Underpinnings will be Chassis Works/Alston tube A-arms, coil over, FAB9, 4 link coil over rear, R & P steering, SBC w/67mm turbo-intercooled, muncie 4 spd.

 Looks like your a real nut case. Ha! Ha! That's a real cool Chevy hardtop, I love the '49,-'50 Chevys, I cruise in a '49 CADILLAC Sedanette and realy love those taillights. Just wish there were more shots of thr ride, thanks for posting them.

 Im a new member here today, and Im a computer moron, so I dont know how to post my pictures yet, But you can go to myspace.com and search for Hooligan HotRods and see some of my stuff. I have hundreds of pictures of cars Ive built. Rat rods and street rods. I love the rat rods though. My whole life Ive driven primered rusted junk with no mufflers. People just thought I was a white trash loser. The jokes on them, HA! ... I may still be a white trash loser, but my stuff is "cool" now...

 Man there are some awesome rat rods in this thread.
 
 A few months back, there was an ad in a local car club newsletter for an antique manure spreader...listed as "Possible Rat Rod Project"
 
 
 I hate to say it, but there might be some potential there...
