i couldnt help but laught at your reply!! bno. i just plan to RESTORE the car as original as posable. as far as oil and lead gas. i will stick to the BEST OIL MONEY CAN BUY. and lead additive. why are you thinking it is a joke that i want my 57 as original as can be? i am sorry but i dont take the easy way out. i never do it easy i always do it right! that way it SHOULD BE if i cant i will do the best alternitive posable! i am 16 years old and have 1 part time job mabe 2 soon and school! so that tells you now determined i am!

If you do find some lead based paint in the original color (don't hold your breath) it still won't be the original paint. If you change the color it will be just as original as repainting with the same color. It's illeagal to import lead based paint. It will never clear customs.
