masking tape Goop removal ??

guy who started the paint work on my coupe left the tape on, outside in the sun and rain now I have gooey stuff all over my window rubber , know a way to get it off ?

- Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
