Re: Can Kandie paint jobs have ghost flames?
I prefer kandie when doing a custom paint job like ghost flames. Do the flames in the base coat, then apply the kandie. That's the readers digest explanation. Do you have experience spraying custom paint? Kandie is dificult to get even so experience is a necessityOriginally posted by jgr1820
From what I have read Kandie Paints are a translucent paint so does this mean that it would be difficult paint ghost flames on a car that has a kandie base color? I would like to paint my 65 Chevelle kandie tangerine with grey ghost flames on it. Will I run into problemes trying to do this?

time for a new forum to visit. when they sold sr.com it went down hill fast. no more forum just a cheap site selling junkie cars. the canadians killed hr.com. mods are real pricks. as with any site...
