I agree, beautiful car right there!
Wow! For sure those colors look great on that body style! Liking the name, too!
The name has to do with the donor car for much of the parts, a 2006 GTO. I guess they won 1st in their class and also "outstanding custom"
Battery mount is sorta on, still need to modify the original brace/splash shield then move on to deleting the spare tire dimple on that passenger rear fender as well as custom bumpers.

Instead of cutting up the original fender brace/splash shield my bro made a new one that mimics the original. Should do the job.

Last year we was supposed to start getting my cousins truck out to some shows and that never happened cause of Covid, we helped him get it on the road in about 4 months, he got a good couple months of seat time in, Since he has since passed away my brother is taking it down to its first car show in southern Utah tomorrow. We will get it out to some more shows this year for sure. Such a beautiful truck.

Sorry for your loss with your cousin's passing, but great that you've kept the truck in the family and can remember him through it's use. Beautiful truck!
Sad to hear the news too, glad he got to drive it once it was done.
Nice panel work
Thanks guys,
Cousins truck got out, I hear it was a super packed show.
We'll get back to mine more soon.

That was beautifully done.
Top man and a top team.
All done to fulfil his dream.
It renews your faith in humanity.
Thanks for the kind words, we'll get my cousins truck out some more this year. In the meantime I really hope we can at least get mine painted this summer, got some schedule changes that will mess up working in the shop but maybe we can figure something out. If I have to I'll take some days off work just to do nothing but body work.
Man, what a sad deal about your cousin but at least he was able to fulfill that! That part is awesome!
.
Had to take a little break from the pickup for a minute, went to one of my happy places..

While I was gone a couple things have been done to the truck, tire dimple is filled in, rear bumper is in progress of mock up.
Very cool truck. How hard was it to get those dual throttle bodies on the tunnel ram running right?
Well he had bought the engine from a builder out of California I believe, I couldn't tell you who, so it was ready to rumble, My brother has been getting experience behind the controls of the fi-tech and holley sniper, he says he prefers the holley setup/interface better. Probably the biggest issue he had to fix outside of playing with settings was move the temperature sensor to the thermostat housing area, It was installed on the passenger side head and caused it to run rich or lean at times, runs like it should now.
Found the "Goat Wagon" today at good guys in Salt Lake City. Not sure when we get back into this truck business.
