Wow! For sure those colors look great on that body style! Liking the name, too!

The name has to do with the donor car for much of the parts, a 2006 GTO. I guess they won 1st in their class and also "outstanding custom"

Battery mount is sorta on, still need to modify the original brace/splash shield then move on to deleting the spare tire dimple on that passenger rear fender as well as custom bumpers.

As I recall, back in the day John Delorean said that GTO stood for "Gran Turismo Omologato" (Grand Touring Homologated), but the guys who bought them called BS and said it's Gas-Tires-And-Oil - "GOAT"! And it stuck!

Beautiful wagon, and nice work on the '40 too!

Instead of cutting up the original fender brace/splash shield my bro made a new one that mimics the original. Should do the job.

Last year we was supposed to start getting my cousins truck out to some shows and that never happened cause of Covid, we helped him get it on the road in about 4 months, he got a good couple months of seat time in, Since he has since passed away my brother is taking it down to its first car show in southern Utah tomorrow. We will get it out to some more shows this year for sure. Such a beautiful truck.
