    your going to run it to 7000 with a hyd cam? why shoot your self in the foot by moving a truck with a destroked bbc how heavy is the truck?.on the street move up on CID to lower RPM S as for if it could be done? yes not hard.i have built many hi rpm bbc you need good valve train parts and the right parts as well good machine work along with some oil control
