I have two 46 Fords both Sedans, both lowered etc. These are pretty easy cars to do. Both of mine have 9" Ford rear ends nothing fancy just set up on leaf springs. The Red one has a 4" dropped straight axle, its OK looks good but the ride could be a lot better. The copper one has a Mustang II front suspension rides like a dream and also looks very good "I Think". The Copper one is a Small Block Chevy and is very reliable and streetable and a pleasure to drive. The red one is Ford powered and is just miserable, this is the last car I will build with Ford power, the Chevys are just to easy and cheap to do as well. Good luck on your Coupe!!
