I registered my 49ply here in ND with a notorized bill of sale, The DMV had the proper bill of sales they want used, then just had to have a trooper come over and verify the cars condition poor good or excellent and the VIN numbers on the door and I was able to get a title for $12.1949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.
