No way Matt, ya gotta at least have a bill of Sale AND the tracin' of the serial number off the frame! or the previous NYSDMV registration/title paper work.. AND the Title thang was addressed by Mr. Mustang and those companies are out of business as a result of federal and state lawsuits and the people that had used them no longer have "legal vehicles" on the highways!!
The guy I bought the Falcon from said I needed the trace of the vin on the drivers side front door. I called the local DMV and asked them how and if it was possible to register, they said with the right paperwork although, 1 of those papers probably asks for a paper trace of the serial number or vin number. I didn't know about those titiling companies.
