Just go to a junkyard and get 2 tires with rims ( that will fit your bolt pattern ) and bolt them up. Chances are there 5x 4 /3/4 bolt pattern which is common but check them to make shure or ask the guy what pattern they are.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
