How can it fail! It's the perfect formula, 0ne part hotrod iron (tube frame and T front nose?), one part adrinaline(750 hp), and one part stimulation(30 cars on a 1/2 mile track). How can anyone not enjoy that!!!

My 81 chev
I found your site today, It looks awesome. Spent most of the day reading different threads. Alot of helpful information. I am currently working on an 81 chev pick up. I put a 91 sub front end on it after my neighbor smashed into it. Had it parked there after the timing chain went out. So i pulled it into the garage and went to town on it. Got it all togther last weekend and while adjusting the timing it threw a rod. So I have a 350 I will be putting in it. I will put new seals in the tranny while i have that out also. I know this truck isnt as old as some might want it to be here. but i have to get this running and looking sharp so i can bring my new project car that was given to me home. Once I get the truck where i want it i will start on a 1938 Desoto 2 door sedan. I will need alot of advice on that one when i start it. Hopefully i will be able to turn to you guys."The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the

Looking very good, Pro. You're so dang far ahed of me and the Ranchero on project progress I can't believe it!!!!! Hopefully the very last customer owned car will be leaving the shop late this week, or first part of next. Spent a couple hours last week negotiating with a guy here in town to take over all the body work and paint part of the biz. The fab part is allready well into the changing hands process. Anybody know where I left my golf clubs???? Think I need to get one of them preppy looking little hats all the other retired geezers wear?????? Do the look ok with a ponytail????Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Walt: I wish those levels had "easier to see" lines. They seem to be gettin' harder N' harder to see. HEHEHE
Dave: Now that you're soon to be out of a job ........... you'll have time to make a run to Woodwoard later this summer? I hope I can still make it at least for a day. This has been a very busy year so far. Guess I'll just haveta' tell sumbudie "no" that week. Sure would like to go get a good look @ BG's GTO."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Woodward is definitely in the plans for the summer, we should start getting some dates lined up, and see who all else wants to cruise on out there. Should be a really fun get together if we can get a few more from the "geezer brigade" to tag along. Now if we could just get us one or two of these young studs to come along and pick up the tab!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Need to get it on the calendar, so I don't forget again.

I think the answer to the question is somewhere around August 15 .......... give or take.
Started weldin' the chassis some today. After about a 1/2 tank of argon I have come to the conclusion IT'S GONNA TAKE A LOT O' WELDIN' to get that thing done.
