To eliminate any more confusion as to left, right, passenger or driver's side, I was referring to the passenger side of the garage..... Hopefully this will clarify everything.

At one time I thought about making suicide doors on the coupe to make it easier for me to get in and out, soooooooooooooooo the passenger door would be on the drivers side and visa versa.

I like the six banger idea, Tom. That should make a sweet ride when Dave gets your body finished. I got a little time in yesterday, seems to be going slow lately. I did get the rear springs cleaned up, painted and remounted along with a 2" drop kit. I have to send the rearend to the shop because I cant get the hub off of either side to look at the brakes. I destroyer my puller and a rental from Auto Zone trying to get them off. Also got the heater in and the controls from the 50 Dodge that I bought for parts installed. This is a really cool looking little heater control! The picture didnt come out to well but here it is anyway.Last edited by falconvan; 02-03-2008 at 03:47 PM.

Thanks, Dave. Wish I lived closer to you, that's some great looking bodywork on Tom's coupe! Parts cars are definately a plus, you just never know what you'll be able to use. I'm ending up with so many different years and brands in this truck, it's starting to sound like Johnny Cash's psycobilly Caddillac!

About 10 months ago I put up some pics of some random left over parts I had laying around and asked what folks thought should be done with them. Got a couple pages of suggestions, but truth be told, I already had something in mind before posting. I can't seem to find the old thread because of search limits to twenty pages, or it may have been one of the ones that just disappeared into the ether during one of the failures. Anyway, the first pic below is that previous one of the parts laid out, the next three are what has become of them. This is just a side line deal as the roadster in the background is the primary project here, so it will probably take a couple more years to become something.Last edited by Bob Parmenter; 02-07-2008 at 03:36 PM.
