    Unless it's had some serious work done to it like a rebuilt engine, tranny, front end, brakes and wiring 6K is way to much. Keep shopping craigslist. There's some good deals out there right now.

    You might have to travel a bit like to Sacto or the Bay Area, but the deals are out there.
