What are you planning to use to fill the roof?
Roof will be canvas sliding top sorta like a vw but look more like model A when closed..

Did you gas weld the new metal to the old metal or use the mig? Maybe even tig? I ask because I have tried the mig with poor results. I have better results with the tig but still not as good as I would like.

Cool carb setup!
Mig. I use .023 wire and turn the heat all the way down. Make sure the panel fit is perfectly butted up against each other and stitch the panel, going slow and moving around alot and being patient. I clean it up with the edge of a cutoff wheel on a die grinder and finish with roloc disks.:)Quote:
