what Tranny would hold up best? I am owed an over drive tranny by a friend and have my choice of a 200 r4 or a 700 r4. I thought the 700 R4 would be better since it is stronger to start with but a friend tells me that the 200 R4 is now just as easy to build for power while useing less HP to operate. is this acurate, keeping in mind that the transmission that i put in should be strong enough to bolt onto a BB as well.
