    This doesn't seem to be the case with this company. Seems like they are looking for a fight and it such a small amount of money! They have offered me less than half of what I have invested in the truck and they are cutting off my rental car on Monday. I presented them with very reasonable terms that would have been an easy out for them. Will probably be contacting an attorney today. Looks like I'll be replacing the left I-beam and driving it as is until this gets resolved. Bastards!!!

    ....now let's see - in my area, a woman, with Spanish surname, preferably Jewish would work. The Spanish part in your town might not have as much influence, but ......

    Now over here in my neck of the woods. We'd go see "Uncle Vito".. and after paying homage to him and his lovely family we'd have a phone call being made. Maybe an unexplainable fire perhaps.......

    Well, the guy who hit my truck is a chef, so.....a broken thermostat on the oven, gas leak, an explosive cake.... ..just sayin'.... Totally kidding, of course!!!!

    A horses head in the agents bed might also give him inspiration to settle the "right" way

    ( I had to do Post 900 on this thread just for posterity's sake)
