pro, this is something I've paid little attention to as to how releases work (never have been much of a body and paint guy), but I remember a clever little release that I saw on a doorslammer where the fellow cut a finger-sized hole in the Lexan so he could just stick his finger in and push on a small aluminum disc to open the door. Like I said, I just never paid much attention to this and maybe it's used more than I've noticed, but when this topic came up, it flashed through my mind about this neat little solution.

Yup, I've seen those too. They are purdy slick, but require lexan. I'm going as street legal as possible so I'm going with OEM glass. I just noticed the handles on the wifes 03 Monte and thought to myself, that would be a subtle change I could make that would be a little different. I haven't looked into the linkage, but I'm sure it could be adapted easy enough since they both open with a "pull up". Also considered corvette taillights but that one I'm not so sure about. When it comes to body changes, I'd like them to be just a little different. So people have to look twice and ask themselves is that OEM or is it memorex??????

Cors' I realize a blower N' injection hat through the hood won't fool anybody but ...........oh well.......................
