you can get a sticker put on anything if you know somebody that don't care about their st. insp. lic. and most st. police will leave you alone until someone report you and them they will make you comply. i wouldn't take the chance on having to change it back when i got caught a yr. from now. i ran smoked lic. plate covers on my trans am from the time it was new(1993) in Richmond until last yr. after i came to the boonies, and then i get a ticket for having the covers on. it don't take but one prick trooper to mess the whole deal up.
