I was out for 3 hours or so, settin' on my cub cadet tractor with no cab.. I live a half mile from the road so I don't need a footpath, I need to clear the roadway to get to the main road out front.

The intention is to get the cars off the road so the city / town can clear the roadway. Therefore you need to clear a foot path for the pedestrians.
