Couldnt' find old BBQ Thread
Weather is gorgeous today so I picked up a 3.6 # rack of pork spare ribs and fired up the Brinkman at 7am. They've been low and slow'n for almost 4 hours and ended up with quite a decent bark (which I like) so I cut them apart, brushed them with Sweet Baby Ray's, wrapped in foil and put back on the grill to stay warm. At lunch I'll do a couple of ears of corn in the microwave for 7 minutes and the jalapeno pintos have been slow simmering on the stove for a couple hours. Should be a decent chow down.

on small cars yes. but fat fender cars are pretty much the same in size and weight as the donor car. i found s10 brakes work great on fat fender and pickups. a deuce will just need manual brakes...
Time for brakes
