Gotta admit something here... For a few years I was the customer service manager for a large welding supply house that had several stores , then a store manager. It is really challenging on both sides of the counters at times. I couldn't believe how often people would come in wanting a part for a welding machine but couldn't tell ya what machine it was or anything about it that could help other than its color. Get 11 or 12 of those guys in a few hours and its hard to look the next guy in the eye and presume the customer is always right? LOL About that time a phone call is a blessing! LOL

i've enjoyed the years here . made a lot of friends. most who have left. i see no reason to continue with this so hope to see you somewhere else. i dont think this site will ever be back. it's lived...
