Do not buy a junk vtech unit. I have always used plantronics units. The last plantronics unit I had lasted 6 years and was used 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I was a broker and always on the damn thing. It finally died when I was moving offices and it fell out of the moving box from the second floor. It couldnt take the 20' drop on a marble floor.
