I can't give you any advice as I have never smoked because my parents were chain smokers when I was growing up and I grew to hate the smell of cigs flat out. But, my wife who I dated for 8 years before we married, was a smoker too. She has been on the E-cig for about 6 months now and it is way better than the real ones. I'd rather her not have the dam thing at all, but at least she finally switched and doesn't have all the other harmful crap that a cig does. I do notice that it is in her hand more than a cig would have been and that drives me nuts. But pick your battles right? Keep up the good work staying smoke free.

Nearly a three month anniversary! Very cool, and great that you're getting some kudos from the family, too. Before you know it it'll be six months, then a year, then two years and more. Well done!

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
