We're leaving in a couple hours to stay "down the shore" for a couple weeks. That's local lingo for going to the Jersey shore. This year we rented a house on the beach block in Margate, NJ just down the street from Lucy the elephant. Just a minute ago I said to wifey "if I figure out a way to come back home and get the hot rod I'm going to drive it down so I can cruise the shore with it" So the plan is to ask my two boys if one of their buddies is coming down with a car who can then take me home etc. and I'll live happily ever after for the next two weeks.

I love Lucy!

Does your wife not drive, so that you could follow her down to Jersey? Regardless, having the roadster down there sounds like a "must", and we expect pictures of the beach babes who want to pose with it!!

That looks like a great hot tub setup. I actually like morning glory ...even the floral variety ...as far as the vines grow I just have to keep them under control. The eucalyptus brings back memories of my dad. When we were kids and had a sniffle or worse he would always rub a little eucalyptus oil on our chest, throat, under our noses. It always made me feel better and even now whenever I see eucalyptus I snatch a leaf and go around smelling it as long as it lasts.

My dearest is a scaredy cat chicken about driving on highways with a loaded car. No point in me pushing on that point since it is what it is. As I was bringing up the roadster plan she even reminded me about her fear.

I will post pics back and hopefully with some willing beach babes sitting in the hot rod.
